1. Acceptance
By creating a GameFit Coaching account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
GameFit Coaching provides training, nutrition and wellness tracking tools. It is an informational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you log. Invited members receive access at no charge while their gym sponsors the account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Self-guided memberships are billed at $30 per month through Stripe until cancelled. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, the account becomes read-only: existing data stays visible but new entries are paused until payment resumes. Cancel any time from Settings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, or upload unlawful content. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
6. Data
Your logs are visible to you, your assigned trainer where applicable, and authorised gym staff as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
