What we store
Account details (name, email), body metrics, training logs, nutrition logs, daily and weekly check-ins, and any optional supplement or wellness entries you choose to record.
Who can see it
You can always see your own data. Your assigned trainer can see the training, nutrition and check-in data needed to coach you. Gym owners see membership and aggregate activity information. Administrators can access records for support and safety. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security.
Sensitive wellness data
Optional wellness and PED tracking is off by default, must be enabled per member, and is visible only to that member, their assigned trainer and administrators.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers; we retain only a customer reference and subscription status.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is open. Request deletion by contacting your gym; we remove personal records except where retention is legally required.
